Meet Tim

Tim Ornell is the founder of Ornell Group Real Estate and a member of Real Broker's Luxury Division, publicly traded on the NASDAQ (REAX). He focuses on waterfront and lake homes across the Twin Cities, working with buyers and sellers on lakes along the 35E and 35W corridor and beyond.

Tim and his wife Michelle are raising their three children on Centerville Lake, in the same communities he serves. Living on the water isn't a selling point for Tim. It's just his life. That experience shapes every conversation he has with buyers and sellers, because he understands what they're actually buying.

Waterfront property behaves differently from any other real estate. Wind patterns, sunset orientation, shoreline usability, water clarity, dock access, privacy. These are the things that determine real value on a lake, and they don't show up in a listing description. Tim built Ornell Group around the belief that understanding these details, deeply and honestly, is what clients deserve.
