The lake behind it
LaValle Drive sits along Centerville Lake, 445 acres with a maximum depth of about 19 feet. The lake falls within the Centennial School District, and the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Park Reserve sits on the opposite shoreline from LaValle Drive, giving residents trail and open space access nearby without it bordering this side of the lake.
